I understand that any idea or invention I submit to Â鶹ÊÓƵ is subject to the following terms and restrictions:

  1. Any and all information provided to Â鶹ÊÓƵ is deemed non-confidential and no confidential relationship of any kind is hereby established.
  2. Â鶹ÊÓƵ is not obligated to keep secret any information that I submit under this agreement.
  3. Any information or materials I submit under this agreement may be retained by Â鶹ÊÓƵ.
  4. Except for claims of patent infringement, Â鶹ÊÓƵ has the unrestricted right to use and disclose any submitted ideas and inventions.
  5. My disclosure under this agreement does not obligate Â鶹ÊÓƵ to adopt my idea or invention.
  6. I will receive no compensation or promise of compensation by Â鶹ÊÓƵ prior to my disclosure of any invention or idea.
